No. Photos submitted during the entry window are not shown publicly. They become visible in the gallery only once the judging or results phase begins.
Once a photo has been submitted it cannot be replaced. If you believe there is a genuine issue with your entry, please contact the competition organiser directly before the submission deadline.
If a photo is found to breach the competition rules, it will be marked as disqualified. You will be notified by email. Disqualified photos are excluded from judging and results but are not permanently deleted from your account.
For public-voted competitions, any registered user can cast a vote on entries once the judging phase opens. You cannot vote on your own photos. The entry with the highest vote count at the close of judging is ranked first.
An assigned panel of judges scores each entry independently. The final ranking is based on the average score across all judges. Judges' identities are not disclosed publicly during the judging phase.
Results are published on the competition page on the announced results date. If you have placed 1st, 2nd, or 3rd you will also receive an email notification to the address on your account.
Prize amounts are listed in Australian dollars. The competition organiser will contact winners directly to arrange prize payment or delivery after the results are announced.
